1. Before installation, the installation of the device shall be carried out in accordance with the bidding drawings and the elevation and position of the corresponding civil engineering. Before the installation of the equipment, the relevant civil dimensions of the structure should be checked and detailed records should be put forward. The parts that do not meet the installation conditions should be reported to the construction unit and engineers, and installation can only be approved and amended. Before the installation of the equipment, check the transmission device, installation shaft, impeller, etc. should not appear deformation, damage and other phenomena.
2. The installation sequence of submersible mixer shall be subject to the installation manual of the manufacturer. When installing, the installation position and elevation should meet the design requirements, the plane position deviation is not more than ±10mm, the elevation deviation is not more than ±30mm. The vertical deviation of the vertical shaft should not be greater than 0.5/1000.
3. Inspection and commissioning After the installation of the submersible mixer, it should be inspected according to the technical indicators and meet the design requirements. The transmission device part should be checked and filled with lubricating grease, the reducer should be added to the oil level scale position, start the transmission device, all the reducer joint surface and the shaft should be free of leakage, check whether the equipment running direction meets the design requirements.
4. The submersible mixer runs for 1 hour with load to test whether the mixing effect meets the design requirements. When the load is running, the driving mechanism, transmission shaft and impeller should be stable, no abnormal sound and vibration, and the current value of the motor is normal.
